Reporting Content and Blocking Users
Lumi includes tools to help keep the community safe.
If you see a photo, profile, portfolio, comment, or location that you believe violates Lumi’s rules or should be reviewed, you can report it inside the Lumi app.
To report objectionable content, open the content, comment, profile, portfolio, or menu where the issue appears and choose Report. Reports are sent to Lumi for review. We aim to review and act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours.
To block a user, open the user or content menu and choose Block User. Blocking a user immediately removes that user’s content from your current feed or view where possible and helps prevent their content from appearing to you again.
To unblock someone, go to Profile → menu → Blocked Users, then choose Unblock.

Please include as much detail as possible, such as the username, photo, profile, comment, portfolio, location, or reason for the report.
Subscriptions
Lumi offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Lumified.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store. Lumi does not process subscription payments directly.
To manage, cancel, or restore a subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Lumi Photo
You can also restore purchases from within the Lumi app.
